This page explains what SumReflex collects, how it is used, and what to expect from calculators, games, embedded content, analytics, ads, and contact forms.

When you use the contact form, SumReflex collects the name, email address, subject, and message you submit so we can respond. The form also records basic technical details, such as IP address and user agent, to help reduce spam and abuse.
Calculator values you type are used to generate results in your browser or through the solver service. Step-by-step calculator prompts and uploaded math images may be sent to external processing services so the answer, OCR text, or explanation can be returned. Avoid submitting private, sensitive, financial, medical, or personally identifying information inside calculator prompts or images.
Some game pages may load embedded content from internal or external URLs. External embeds can collect usage data, set cookies, use browser storage, or receive technical information such as your IP address, device information, and referrer. Their own privacy policies and terms apply to their content.
SumReflex uses Google Analytics and may use webmaster/search tools such as Google Search Console to understand traffic, page performance, search visibility, device types, referrers, and general usage patterns. These tools may collect or process identifiers, cookies, IP-derived location, browser details, and interaction data according to their provider policies.
SumReflex may show Google AdSense or other advertising. Ads may use cookies, device identifiers, contextual signals, or ad personalization settings to measure and deliver ads. Where required, SumReflex may show a consent prompt for regions such as California, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other locations before certain advertising or analytics features are used.
The site may use cookies, session cookies, local storage, or similar browser technologies for security, contact form protection, analytics, advertising, embedded content, and user-interface behavior. You can control many cookies through your browser settings, and future consent controls may provide more choices where required.
SumReflex may link to external websites. We do not control external websites, embedded providers, app stores, advertising destinations, or third-party resources. Review their privacy policies before submitting information to them.
Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the site, process calculator requests, handle analytics, protect against abuse, deliver advertising, or respond to messages. Information may also be disclosed if required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or protecting the site and its users.
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain basic records. Server logs, analytics data, and provider-side records may be retained according to operational needs and provider settings. SumReflex uses reasonable safeguards, but no website or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
SumReflex is designed as a general math tools site and is not intended to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
You can avoid submitting personal details in calculator prompts, decline to use uploads, adjust browser cookie settings, use provider ad settings, and contact SumReflex about privacy questions. Consent tools may be added later for regions that require specific cookie or ad choices.
