What belongs in algebra charts
Algebra charts are for rules, symbols, equations, expressions, powers, roots, tables, coordinate graphs, logarithm rules, and function patterns. These are different from geometry charts, which focus on shapes, angles, perimeter, area, and spatial figures.
Use chart references beside practice
A graph makes more sense when students can see the value table beside it, and logarithm rules are easier to apply when the base conditions and formulas are visible. Keep the chart nearby while students write each step by hand.
